Altogether it was GOOD value though. The breakfast was good there, the beds were best, all you need for a very peaceful stay. I appreciated having coffee/tea makers, blinds and suitable soundproofing. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was magic.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was cozy base for exploring Playa del Carmen, greatly enjoyed it. Their concierge is the best! Only 5 min walk to downtown.

by and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in playa del carmen, had much fun. room was good value for price. so close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

That proper receipt was missing.

Very spacious room, VERY GOOD setting. The place is around 4-6 minutes walk Playa del Carmen downtown. Next to cafes and restaurants.

Free WiFi was working perfectly...

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom. The room seemed too dark.
